This Deliveries & Returns Policy outlines how Window Parts manages product deliveries, returns, refunds and exceptions. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
Please ensure that all delivery details provided during checkout are accurate. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect delivery information.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns for products that are no longer required. Returned items must:
- Be unopened
- Be in their original packaging
- Be unused, unfitted and undamaged
- Be in the same condition as when sold
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once returned items have been inspected and approved.
Please note:
- Postage costs are non-refundable
- A 20% restocking charge applies to all returned items
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Seals or custom-cut items
These products are cut to order and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs to assess the issue before arranging a replacement or return.
Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange for eligible products.
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
